Subway pusher charged with murder

A New York City man was charged with murder today. He shoved another many onto the subway tracks where they say he was struck and killed by a train. They say 58 year old Ki-Suck Han was shoved on the tracks of this oncoming train by 30 year old Naeem Davis. The charges he was charged with were second degree intentional murder and second degree depraved indifference. While Davis was talking to police he did admit that he did shove Han that would have caused him to fall onto the tracks. They say that Han had struggled to pull himself from the track bed on to the platform. They say he was hit by Q train. Caught on the surveillance cameras they suspected that Davis could have been heard having an argument with Han. They say that Han was found with an empty pint bottle of codka on him at the time of the crash/ his death. New York City was shocked at Hans death, with the photo that was caught with Hans arms and head above the platform while staring at the oncoming train.
